Tournament Information
The tournament is a 36 hole strokeplay event over 2 days (Saturday 28th - Sunday 29th September 2019), with the official practice day on Friday 27th September. Each competitor will play 36 holes over the 2 days - there is no cut.
The tee boxes for each age group will be as follows. Please note players flight will be determined by age as of 1st January 2019. Tee markers will be in the correct positions from Friday 27th September (unless tee is being preserved), and distances below may vary based at the tournament organisers' discression:

All Faldo Series competitors must walk the course throughout the tournament, however those competing in Mini Faldo Age categories will be allowed to hire a buggy/golf cart for an additional 500 THB each day (payable in the pro shop). PLEASE NOTE: those Mini Faldo U13 players wishing to compete ahead of there age to try and win the exemptions into the Asia Grand Final, will not be allowed to hire a golf cart. At no stage will any players be allowed to drive their golf cart - only the caddies are allowed to drive.
Water will be provided for the competitors every 3 or 4 holes, with fruit being available at hole 1 and 10. Please also note the drinks huts will be in operation should a competitor wish to purchase anything else.
Shuttles
A shuttle service will be running regularly between the official hotel (Angsana) and the golf club. Please check with reception once you arrive to confirm exact timings.
Those who have selected the accommodation package will be emailed with Airport Transfer pick-up time options. Please note that all aiport transfers are only available from Phuket airport.
Caddies
All players will use the caddy services provided by Laguna Golf Phuket for all golf rounds. All caddy fees and caddy tips are covered in the tournament fee, and each player will be provided a ‘token’ so no physical money will need to change hands.
Medical Services
Throughout the tournament Laguna Phuket has its own Bangkok Hospital clinic with doctor and ambulance service just 5 minutes from the golf course. Should you require assistance at any stage during the tournament, all laguna staff have been trained in medical responses.
Locker Room
During the tournament players will be allowed to use the male and female lockers rooms. The players will be responsible for acquiring their locker keys at the respective lockers rooms, and will be expected to return the locker at the end of each day. Should a competitor lose their locker key please inform the staff at the locker rooms.
Club Storage
The official hotel (Angsana) will be able to provide golf club storage at reception.
